Monday - None (unless you include 9 hours of travel - woof)
Tuesday - 30 minute elliptical HIIT workout
Wednesday - Define, 30 minute cycling workout
Thursday - Ran 5 miles at 8:55 pace
Friday - Define Body
Saturday - Does intense wedding dancing count?
Sunday - Rest day

Not my best week. The combo of traveling Monday and the rehearsal dinner/wedding over the weekend did not help me out. Back on track this week, which brings me to my goals for the week below!
1. No alcohol - this is much needed after last week's Jackson Hole trip and last weekend's (super fun) wedding festivities. Looking forward to a relaxing, booze-free "vacation" at the lake this weekend
2. 10 or more glasses (80 oz) of water per day - excluding Monday because I made these goals yesterday
3. 5 cardio workouts
4. 2 Define classes
5. Reading as much of this book as I can and possibly (hopefully) finishing it before Monday
