Go Fly a Malachite

I know I’m kinda late on the malachite train (choo, choo), but I am obsessed. I have loved this precious gem (literally, it's a precious gem) ever since I laid eyes on the malachite box in Claiborne Swanson Frank’s living room. And we know how much I love that living room. But there is so much more you can do with malachite that I didn't even know about. Think outside the bun box, people. Pun 100% intended. Or just look at these pictures I’ve gathered from the greenest, marbley-ist corners of the internet. Placemats, pillows, and chairs – oh my!
I want ALL THE THINGS. But for now I will just appreciate them from afar. Especially since this stuff is not exactly cheap. Although there is an awesome malachite fabric on Spoonflower that is supes affordable and begging to be purchased. I think it would look quite special on a wingback chair. Too bad I have no room. Maybe if I can just lay the chair horizontal on my bed and sleep very, very still next to it? It's a thought. Also, THAT LAMP. Craig Van Den Brulle knows his way around a light fixture. I have had his amethyst "rock candy" lamps on my wish list for years. And this malachite beauty will now join the ranks.

For even more green goodness, feast your eyes on these photos of malachite in action. In it's natural habitat - living rooms, entry ways, bars and the like. I've got a fever, and the only cure is more malachite!

Which of the malachite items above do you need to come live with you? From my board or any of the rooms above. I need the lamp and the black bergere chairs in the fourth pic from the top.
